Founded in Overland Park, Kansas by Mike Kukuk in late 2010, Blackstone Environmental, Inc. provides environmental professionals a collaborative, innovative and entrepreneurial space to practice their scientific and engineering crafts and support our clients with best-in-class services and solutions.
Since its inception, Blackstone has steadily grown in service offerings and size through the addition of environmental specialists who provide new areas of expertise. Our technically diverse team boasts engineers, geologists, hydrogeologists, and scientists. In 2018 and 2019, Blackstone expanded with offices in Iowa, Illinois and Missouri. The company is an SBA-Certified Small Business, and one of Kansas City Business Journal’s top 250 private companies ranked by revenue in 2019.
Blackstone provides various service lines, including solid waste, environmental assessment and design, energy sector, natural resources planning and permitting, and regulatory compliance.
