About Lisa serves as a Senior Project Manager for Blackstone. Lisa has more than 27 years of experience focused on assisting communities with their solid waste planning needs. She has also worked with private industry on a variety of solidwaste management planning elements. Lisa has extensive experience in a leadership role as a District Planner to a five-county Solid Waste Management District. Supporting policy and management board in outlining policy direction for the district, engaging local officials, responding tolegislative and other policy issues, and ensuring sound decision-making and oversight for district operations. About John Knightly is a Senior Project Manager at Blackstone Environmental, he has 36 years of experience, 30 of those with his own consulting firm, Knightly Environmental, specializing in assessment and remediation of contaminated soil and groundwater. Knightly Environmental merged with Blackstone in January 2023. John has completed hundreds of projects from coast to coast with experience in groundwater sampling, asbestos inspections, remediation site supervision, soil boring, Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), storage tank closures, and site investigations.  When he isn’t working, John enjoys spending time with his grandkids, going to the lake, and generally being outdoors. About Theresa Ferguson is a senior project manager at Blackstone and a professional geologist with current licenses in Missouri, Kansas, and Nebraska.  Theresa started at Blackstone in 2021 and has over 22 years of experience working throughout the Midwest for both the private and public sector and managing large and small scale petroleum and environmental related projects. Her specific experience includes Site Assessment and Environmental Compliance for public and private clients, Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments at commercial and retail properties; Risk Assessments, Risk-Based Corrective Action Site Investigations, and Remedial Actions at petroleum related and hazardous waste sites in Kansas, Missouri, Illinois, Arkansas, and Nebraska.
